HomeVisit provides two options for those who order print: First, users may set up and configure their own pieces using our online ePrint tool. Set up is easy and fast; most pieces can be configured within a matter of minutes and our staff is always available to assist or review prior to print. Alternatively, HomeVisit has an experienced design team who take your submitted text and photo choices and lay out your pieces for you. Whichever method you choose, HomeVisit will send you a PDF for review. You can review and make edits prior to printing.
Yes. One of the advantages HomeVisit offers is the ability to guarantee standards and consistency through template control and quality and consistency of print output and finishing. This helps both protect and build the brand.
Absolutely. We can replicate any existing print templates that you have. We can create new designs for you that include your photos, logos and color scheme. These designs can be entered in our ePrint system to save you time and trouble for future orders.
Yes. We have a UV coating press that produces a mirror gloss finish. This finish can be added to all pieces that HomeVisit produces. Direct mail cards can only be coated on one side.
All print materials are printed in our multi-million dollar print facility located in Chantilly, VA, using Xerox® Iridesse™, the most advanced digital press in the industry. We have an experienced team of print professionals who ensure the highest quality from layout, to printing, packaging and delivery.
Yes! We offer an extensive menu of delivery options to ensure the fastest turnaround times. You also have the option of saving on shipping charges by choosing to pick up your materials at our facility in Chantilly.
Yes. You can submit your print in a HIRES PDF format. The PDF must be in RGB mode as well. Please make sure that if you are submitting your own print and have images and background that bleed off the page that you leave at least an additional .25" bleed edge so when we print and trim the piece that we will cut into the image and that allows the photo/image to bleed off the page.
